This Privacy Policy explains how Xem Tuong AI (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Android app. The App name is Xem Tuong AI. This policy should be read together with the Data safety information in the Google Play listing.
When you choose a portrait or sample image, the App processes that image on your device to create a pencil-sketch effect and to derive geometric face-feature labels used to select entertainment content. The App’s own code does not upload the selected image, sketch, face landmarks, or reading result to our servers, and it does not create a biometric identity template or perform face recognition.
The App does not maintain an account, profile, cloud history, or server-side database of your portraits or readings. Images used for sharing are created temporarily in the App cache and are available only to the app you choose in Android’s share sheet.
The App accesses a photo only after you choose it through the Android system photo picker. It does not scan your gallery in the background. If a version of the App offers camera capture, Android will request camera access through the operating-system permission flow before use.
If you tap Share, the App creates a PNG pencil portrait and prepares the reading text for the destination you select. The receiving app’s privacy policy governs what happens after you share that content. Do not share a portrait or reading unless you have the right to do so.
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display banner and interstitial ads. Ads require an Internet connection. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device and online identifiers (including the advertising ID where available), IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, app and ad interaction data, diagnostic information, and anti-fraud signals. The exact data and use can depend on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s advertising settings.
We do not send your selected portrait, pencil sketch, face-feature labels, or reading text to AdMob for advertising. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide the required notice and obtain any required consent before serving personalized advertising. You may also manage advertising preferences through your device and Google account settings where available.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your portraits, face-feature labels, or readings to third parties. Information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be shared with Google and advertising partners as described in Google’s policies. Content you intentionally share is sent to the destination you choose.
The App does not retain selected portraits, generated sketches, feature labels, or readings on our servers because it has no server-side account or storage for those items. Temporary share files remain in the App cache until Android or the App clears them. You can clear them at any time by clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App. Advertising-related data is handled by Google under Google’s retention practices.
Local processing reduces the need to transmit portrait data. We use Android’s app sandbox and Android’s permission model, and we grant read access to a temporary share file only to the app selected in the Android share sheet. No security measure is absolute; do not share content you consider sensitive.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not use the App for a child’s portrait without the appropriate parent or guardian authorization. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child in a way that requires deletion, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
You can choose not to select or share a photo, delete local temporary data by clearing the App cache, manage advertising preferences through platform settings, and contact us about applicable privacy rights. Because the App does not create accounts or store portraits on our servers, we generally cannot retrieve or delete a server-side portrait record.
We may update this policy when the App, advertising providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at the same URL and revise the “Last updated” date.

This document describes the current App implementation: local portrait processing, user-initiated sharing, and AdMob advertising. Keep it synchronized with your Google Play Data safety form and any future SDK, permission, or data-flow changes.
